So, the easiest way to train magic is High Alchemy Spell because by putting your noted items at the same point as the high alchemy spell in the inventory where the high alchemy spell you need is to double click on your noted items to have your magic exp increased. Many people do this while doing other things like watching movie or even when hanging out with people in real world.
